Training Times:

Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6:50pm (14+ and up to Veterans).

Low Fell Running Club Junior section will re- start at the Gateshead International Stadium, on Monday 16th August 2010 at 6.30pm.

Beginners:

A beginners session is held on Tuesday evenings. Meet at The Courtyard at 6.50pm.
